They say you can’t see the wind blow, but you can hear it howl. And no one’s howl is louder than rap-artist Roy French. Hailing from the windy-city, this artists lyrical style is reflecting of Chi-Town (Chicago). He’s won over the ears of many with his unique way with words and spontaneous trippy flow. Making his way from the chicago scene to the rapid growing hip hop scene of a rival great city, New York, Roy seeks to impress the east coast music lovers as well as he did his hometown. Roy’s been writing since childhood and his life experiences has been heavily influenced on his work. Describing him would be like explaining a acid trip. You feel everything he trys to explain to people, your calm by his vibe and moved by his colors. To date, Roy has release 1 successful mixtape bringing him to the point he’s at now traveling the world spreading his euphoric energy. Working with producers from Bitoy Beatz, to Flying Lotus, to DeeJay Earl of TekLife. He hopes that as he releases more music as he continue his travels of new exspreiences and expanded horizons , his constituency will connect more to who he is as an artist. Roy is taking whatever steps necessary to hone his craft. His talent, like the wind, is sure to reach everyone and make those who hear it, listen.

Fredrick Jones, better known by his stage name Ajani Jones is a Chicago born Hip Hop artist.
Ajani attended the University of Iowa for 3 years while honing his hip-hop skills. After moving back to Chicago at the beginning of 2015 he resolved to attend Columbia college to pursue his childhood dreams. His influences and background stem from neo-soul which his mother would play all the time when he was younger. Artists like Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott, Lupe Fiasco, Common and Musiq Soulchild are big influences on Ajani’s positive messages and smooth beat production. Ajani’s greatest strength is his ear for production which supports his flow and vibe.
Chai Tulani was born in Nakuru, Kenya and raised in Chicago, IL. His first official mixtape “Visionz of Zion” was featured on the front page of datpiff.com in May of 2013. After gaining some attention from his first mixtape he began working on his second mixtape, “Cloud High Vybes”, which was released on April 19th, 2014. His launch of the mixtape had a great start. The “Cloud High Vybes” mixtape release party brought out an incredible crowd and received a number of great reviews of the tape.Today Tulani continues to make waves with his project “Pocket Juice” which was releases in May of 2015 along with his singles such as “Ndoto” and “Stufio Love” featuring Christisn JaLon in 2016.
Bombay Boyz represent a new and unique midwestern hip hop sound. They describe their style as refreshingly dark, lyrical, and conscious lemonade for the soul. Their mission statement can be summed up into one acronym; “LITM” or to Live In The Moment.
Harrison Maxwell and Eric Wilhelm are the Chicago based hip hop duo, Bombay Boyz. Both men come from families of musicians, performers, artists, and poets. With roots in the Midwest; Harrison originally from Colorado, and Eric a native of Nebraska, they met in Omaha their junior year of high school (2010) and have been collaborating ever since. They moved to Chicago to study music, attend college, and immerse themselves in the hiphop culture; finally deciding to start their duo project in spring of 2014.
The name Bombay Boyz comes from a variety of influences on the lives of these two young recording artists, MCs, singers, and performers. Their Swedish and Irish heritage, a clique back in high school of the same moniker, their love for the Bombay Sapphire gin along with its other products under the Bombay line, and their love of partying and bringing people together.
