This month we’re doing something exciting and special, and inviting back some of Radio One Chicago’s best guests from this year to return to the monthly cypher featuring an All-Star cast. We also welcome the return of DJ Jeff Da Illest who will be spinning break beats, instrumentals, and a small mix during the hour. You don’t want to miss this! We also may have some more special guests pass through, so stay tuned!

Urban Grind TV is an award winning television show and full service Digital Media Agency specializing in multimedia production, media event coverage, television promotion, photography, web design, tour support, booking and brand management.

 Urban Grind TV was created to provide independent artists with a creative outlet to promote their music along side national acts. We feature music, entertainment, industry, culture, fashion, sports, and more. Our television show has been growing strong for the past 16 seasons (8 years) producing and broadcasting over 400 x 1 hour episodes weekly on Comcast Cable 25 in Chicago. UGTV has traveled the country to interview and feature some of the biggest names in the industry like Snoop Dogg, Common, Ludacris, Musiq Soulchild, Neyo, Rakim, Joe Jonas, Paul Dianno, Donnell Rawlings, Pam Grier, and Tito Jackson.

 Our two newest divisions are radio and an interactive print magazine. The Booth Radio Show a nationally syndicated weekly radio show hosted by DJ MH2Da. The show is broadcast online in 15 states and in London, England. Available at Urban Grind Lifestyle Magazine is an interactive quarterly publication also featuring music, entertainment, industry talk, culture, fashion, and sports. This magazine is interactive with qr codes in the magazine for viewers to scan and watch exclusive content, download music, and more. The Magazine is free and available at

      Our show has amassed more then 13 awards for Best Music TV Show, Best Media Outlet, and Best Midwest Music TV Show. We have a no guns, no violence policy on our television program while encouraging creative expression.  Our previous productions include NBC, The History Channel, Toyota, Chicago Auto Show, Red Bull, The Source Magazine, Dress Code, Chicago Music Awards, Crossroads Music Festival, XM/Sirius Satellite Radio, and Fuse TV.
